Sprinkle some chopped onions and another teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of pepper into the skillet. Cook the onions until they start to wilt and stir in wine.
Place parsley, horseradish, oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl. refrigerate and once you’re ready to service, pour the chimichurri sauce over the brisket and onion.

]]>The first thing you need is your ground beef, and make sure that it’s defrosted and easy to work with. Toss it all into a mixing bowl, and then throw in a half cup of breadcrumbs and two eggs. Add a few seasonings in there as well if you’re feeling adventurous.
Once you’re done mixing it all up, roll the mixture into multiple balls. The size of the balls is up to you but bear in mind that they’ll shrink once they’re getting cooked.
Next, get a sauce boiling in a pot over the stove. We personally like to use a full bottle of barbeque sauce, a half bottle of sweet chili, and half a cup of water. Toss some diced onions and garlic in there as well. Finally, to give it that extra dose of sweetness, add in a half cup of brown sugar.
Once your sauce is bubbling, place the uncooked meatballs into the pot, one by one. Cover the pot and let it sit for around an hour while mixing it around occasionally. Your meatballs should be ready to go by the end of it!
