Ingredients:
- 1 pound orzo
- 1 pound broccoli
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Kosher salt
- black pepper

Instructions:
- Put the onion into a large skillet over medium heat and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about seven minutes until softened.
- Add broccoli to the skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until bright green.
