We recently discovered broccoli rice, which tastes almost as great as cauliflower rice. This green dish is superb and perfect as an accompaniment to the main dish. It’s light and easy to make without being too oily and greasy.

Ingredients
2 heads of broccoli
olive oil or grapeseed oil
ghee or butter
pik salt
pepper
dried coriander
dried parsley
garlic powder

Instructions
Use a knife and cut the broccoli to chunks 1-inch in size.
Grate the broccoli into fine rice.
Place the broccoli in a food processor and blend further.
Heat the broccoli on a frying pan with some oil and cook it until the broccoli is soft and cooked nicely.
Add the salt pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley and more seasonings if you wish.
