This Piña Paloma Cocktail is Just in Time for Summer

Whether it’s sundowners after a long day at the office for a wild party in the summer heat, a refreshing cocktail would do great to quench your thirst while getting you in the party mood. Here is your guide to making a sassy Piña Paloma cocktail just in time for summer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 pineapple leaf
  • 1 grapefruit wedge
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Kosher salt
  • Ice
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Soda water

Instructions:

  1. Pour salt onto a small plate. Get a large glass and rub the lime wedge along the rim. Press the rim into the salt.
  2. Add ice to the glass before pouring in the grapefruit juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, and tequila.
  3. Top off with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and grapefruit wedge before serving.
