Whether it’s sundowners after a long day at the office for a wild party in the summer heat, a refreshing cocktail would do great to quench your thirst while getting you in the party mood. Here is your guide to making a sassy Piña Paloma cocktail just in time for summer.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1 ounce grapefruit juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 pineapple leaf
- 1 grapefruit wedge
- 1 lime wedge
- Kosher salt
- Ice
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Soda water
Instructions:
- Pour salt onto a small plate. Get a large glass and rub the lime wedge along the rim. Press the rim into the salt.
- Add ice to the glass before pouring in the grapefruit juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, and tequila.
- Top off with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and grapefruit wedge before serving.
