4 large eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
2 oz cream cheese
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup erythritol
blueberries
stevia
mint leaves

The prep time is around 15 minutes, while the cooking will take an additional 50 minutes.

How To Make It:

Set the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Get a cake mold and grease it with butter to avoid stickiness.

Put the cream cheese and butter in a bowl, and microwave them for around 20 seconds. Mix them with the sour cream, vanilla extract, and erythritol. Make sure that the mixture is even and there are no lumps.

During the following step, you need to get another bowl and fill it with the baking powder and almond flour.

Crack the eggs and add them to the first bowl.

Mix again and combine the contents of the two bowls together. Put the whole mixture in the cake mold and later in the oven.
