This Almond Crumble is the Perfect Addition to Your Brunch Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Sliced almonds, 1/4 cup
  • Flour, 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp
  • Brown sugar, 3 tbsp
  • Cold butter, 3 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and place parchment paper on the baking sheet.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, almonds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Cut butter in cubes and work it into the mix with your hands until you get a crumbly dough.
  4. Spread the crumbs onto the baking sheet. Bake for around 12 minutes and stir occasionally.
  5. Take out of the oven and let cool. Break apart into crumbs if needed.
