Ingredients:
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 pack of tortilla chips
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 tablespoons crumbled Cotija
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 cups frozen corn kernels
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
Instructions:
