The Best Keto-Friendly Low-Carb Flours

When you first decide to go keto it may seem impossible, but thanks to many people willing to share their ideas and recipes online it’s never been easier to follow this lifestyle if that’s what you want. One thing most people miss when they start eating according to the keto principles are baked goods, and if you pick these low-carb flour alternatives you won’t miss them at all!

Almond Flour

Almond flour is perfect for making all kinds of baked goods, gravy, or pretty much anything that requires all-purpose flour. It’s made from blanched almonds and it’s high in healthy fats, magnesium, and Vitamin E.

Chickpea Flour

Chickpea flour definitely contains carbohydrates, but it’s still well-balanced and has plenty of nutrients and fiber. It’s best used in savory recipes.
