Ingredients:

The ingredient list for this delicious cheese fondue recipe includes 1/2 pound shredded Gruyere cheese, 1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese, 1 cup dry white wine and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. You’ll also need 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. All the sides are your choice, but the usual one is pieces of bread. You can always spice it up with crackers, breadsticks, and vegetables.

Instructions:

This recipe is so easy to make and it will only take you 20 minutes. The first thing you have to do is take out your fondue pan. Put the dry white wine inside the pot and add the Swiss cheese. Do 1/4 pound first, then stir very well. Add another 1/4 and stir again. The cheese has to be completely melted. Do the same thing with the Gruyere cheese. Always do a little bit of cheese and stir right away. Once you’re done with that, add the flour. When you have the perfect mixture you can spice it up with salt and nutmeg.
