Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3/4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt

Instructions:
- Put the chicken wings in a large bowl along with baking powder and 2 teaspoons of salt.
- Toss well, and then place the wings on a large baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray the sheet with cooking spray on either side.
- Bake the wings for 40 to 50 minutes, until crispy.
