These chicken fajitas recipe requires 650 g boneless and skinless chicken thighs, 1/2-1 teaspoon ground chili, 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin, 3 large bell peppers, 2 peeled and sliced avocados, 1 minced large garlic clove, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro, 1 thinly sliced red onion.


Get a bowl and mix the garlic, salt, lime juice, oil, chili, cumin, and cilantro all together. You will use this mixture as a marinate for the chicken. Let the meat sit in the mix for around half an hour.
