Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions:
- Pour the flour, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl. Whisk together using a handheld mixer on a medium-high speed and beat in the butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract and beat until creamy.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the mix and beat using the handheld mixer on medium speed.
