Protein-Packed Greek Yogurt Brownie Recipe

Who says brownies can’t be both indulgent and healthy? With this protein-packed Greek yogurt brownie recipe, you can enjoy a delicious treat that satisfies your sweet tooth while also giving you a boost of protein. These brownies are rich, fudgy, and surprisingly easy to make. Let’s get baking!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. 
  4. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. 
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
