If there’s anything we associate with the fall season, it has to be pumpkin spice. From lattes to bread to beer, the combination of pumpkin flavor along with spices like allspice and cinnamon is omnipresent in our October lives. Kick off the month by celebrating this day on the first day of the month!

NO BAKE VEGAN PUMPKIN PIE🥧🎃 It’s officially the start of Autumn when the pumpkin recipes have started! Here’s how you can make some🥳 Disclaimer: this is actually a sweet potato pie (technically) but let’s pretend it’s pumpkin🤫 🧡INGREDIENTS: 🎃Base: 1 1/2 cup oat flour 2 tbsp coconut oil Tbsp agave syrup 2 tbsp cocoa powder 🎃Filling: 1 cup cashews 4 tbsp coconut oil 1 cooked sweet potato- peeled 2 tbsp @womensbest NEW salted caramel syrup Tsp cinnamon Pinch salt 1/2 tsp ground ginger Pinch nutmeg 1/2 cup @alpro coconut yoghurt 3 tbsp agave syrup 40g vanilla vegan protein 3 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter @picspeanutbutter 🎃Caramel: 2 tbsp cashew butter @picspeanutbutter 2 tbsp coconut cream Tbsp agave 🧡METHOD: 1️⃣Mix together the base ingredients and press into a lined loose bottom tin and firmly pack down. 2️⃣Combine they filling ingredients and blend until ultra smooth and creamy. Pour this over the base and pop into the freezer to set for 4 hours or overnight. 3️⃣For the caramel, mix the cashew butter, syrup and coconut cream then spread this over the cheesecake. Top with some vegan squirt cream if you desire & allow to the a little before serving!
