Ingredients:
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 ripe mangoes
- 14 ounces tequila
- pack of skewers or toothpicks
Instructions:
- Cut the mango into 1-inch chunks and add to a bowl with the tequila and lime juice. Allow the mango mixture to rest for 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, mix the lime zest with the chili powder and salt.
