Make the Hat
To make the hat, all you need to is take one of the black cupcake lining papers and fold it in half twice. This will leave you with a triangular shape that has a point at one end and a wider blade at the other, resembling a classic witch hat. Put on a small piece of sticky tape to hold in place.
Assemble
