  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Top Layer:

  • 1 cup diced dates
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • pinch of salt

Glaze:

  1. Soak the dates for the bottom layers in water and blend them. Melt coconut oil separately.
  2. Mix coconut oil, dates, and almond flour until you get a compact mixture.
  3. Spread it on the baking tin lined with parchment paper and leave to chill for a few hours.
  4. For the top layer, blend together the dates, peanut butter, almond milk, and salt. Spread the mixture over the bottom layer and put it in the freezer for around 30 minutes.
  5. To make the glaze, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over low heat. After it’s cooled down, pour over the top layer of your dessert. Leave to chill for a few more hours and cut into bars before serving.
