Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional for extra flavor)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is baking, warm the teriyaki sauce in a small saucepan. If you like, add soy sauce for extra depth. Once the cauliflower is done, toss the florets in the warm teriyaki sauce until fully coated.
- Arrange the teriyaki cauliflower wings on a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
