TikTok is the place where you can find some of the most unusual food recipes and food experiments on the internet. And while some of them end up receiving praise for their ingenuity, others are met with a more polarizing response.

The most recent example of the second one is the chicken nugget parmesan recipe from TikTok user Aldentediva that left outspoken celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay appalled.

The Recipe

Aldentediva posted a video back in July that saw her making sliders using chicken nuggets and party rolls. The clip quickly became viral, with some users praising it and others being outraged by it.

The recipe involved her cutting the party rolls in half and covering the bottom with tomato sauce. She then placed a chicken nugget on each roll before topping them with parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. She returned the top half of the rolls, brushed it with garlic butter, and popped it in the oven.

🐖 With the speed at which kids gobble down nuggets it’s nice to have something different to make at least 🤷🏻‍♀️ #chicken #nuggets #chickenparm #eat

Ramsay’s Reaction

The recipe eventually caught the attention of Ramsay, who decided to share his reaction to it with the rest of the TikTok users.

The clip shows Ramsay in clear disbelief as he watches the recipe being made. He makes several remarks on the dish and ends up saying that the hardest part of this recipe is “swallowing it”.

So far, Ramsay’s reaction racked up close to 10 million views and 14,000 comments. Watch it below.
