Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced into discs
  • salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • black pepper
  • red pepper flakes
  • juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. While you wait, place the tilapia fillets onto a baking sheet. Season the tilapia with salt and pepper.
