If you’re excited for summer and love the idea of being transported away on a Caribbean getaway, then there’s no better drink to concoct than a rum punch. Here’s your guide to making this tropical treat that’s sure to quench your thirst.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces dark rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon grenadine
  • ice
  • orange and lime slices
  • maraschino cherries
  • mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Pour bitters, lime juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and rum into a cocktail shaker. Top off with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
  2. Fill half a glass with ice before adding the cocktail. Top up with grenadine.
  3. Gently stir the mixture to smooth out the texture.
  4. Garnish with maraschino cherries, mint leaves, and orange and lime slices before serving.
