To make the mango peach ice cream you will need 2 peaches, 1 large mango, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup heavy cream.
You will need a food processor or a blender to make the ice cream. Start by cutting the peaches and the mango in pieces. Put the pieces in the blender and start pulsing. You should get a thick puree.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, puree, and heavy cream. Mix everything very well together. Cut the mangoes and the peaches into large chunks; put in blender or food processor to puree. Grab an ice cream maker, and fill it with the mix.
Put mixture in ice cream maker. Then, transfer it into the freezer. Leave it in until it’s frozen. That should take several hours. Take it out and serve it. You can add any type of toppings that you like.
