Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce dry orange Curaçao
- 3/4 ounce orgeat syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1/2 ounce dark rum
- Maraschino cherry
- Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Pour the Curaçao, lime juice, light rum, and syrup into a cocktail shaker and top off with ice. Shake for about 20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass and add ice.
- Gradually pour the light rum without overflowing the glass.
- Garnish with the Maraschino cherry and mint leaves and enjoy.
