- 4 apples
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g cereal
- 20 ml honey
- 100 g almonds
- 2 g cinnamon
- 2 ml vanilla extract
- After washing and drying your apples, carve out the middle part of each apple with a cookie scoop or other appropriate utensils, making enough room for stuffing.
- Put hot milk, vanilla extract, honey, almonds, and cereal in a blender and blend together, but not for too long because the mixture has to be thick enough to fill the apples without pouring out.
- Arrange the apples in the baking dish, leaving enough space between them. Bake the apples at 375°F until soft and tender—anywhere between 15 and 45 minutes, depending on how firm you want them to be.
- Serve with toppings of your liking—ranging from salted caramel and whipped cream to maple syrup and ice cream.
