Whenever you’re not having a good day, we recommend making yourself a cup of this amazing unicorn hot chocolate. Below is a great recipe that will help you make your own serving of this adorable and delicious beverage that will cause you to forget all about plain old hot cocoa.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz white chocolate
- Food coloring
- Decoration
Instructions:
- Bring milk and sugar to simmer in a small saucepan over low heat. Add vanilla extract.
- Remove the dish from the heat and add white chocolate.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add some pink food coloring if you have it, although the red will work too — you just need to add way less of it.
- Take a flat knife and spread some whipped cream along the rim of your mugs. Dip them into sprinkles.
- Pour hot chocolate into mugs and decorate with whipped cream, sprinkles, marshmallows, and anything else you want!
