Frying

Baking

Grilling

The problem with olive oil is that it has a low smoke point, which means it burns and loses its nutritional value fairly quickly at high temperatures. That’s why this type of oil is not recommended both for grilling and frying.

Olive oil is not easy for skin to absorb and it can cause clogged pores, which is why it’s best not to include it in your beauty routine if your skin is prone to breakouts.
