Why Seltzer is an Underrated Drink

Sparkling water, or seltzer, is one of those drinks that has somewhat of a cult following. Either you get it, or you don’t. We’re not necessarily saying that you need to be a seltzer convert, but we are here to preach why it’s such a practical drink. If you’re on the fence of making seltzer a more common drink in your lexicon, allow us to be the ones to convince you to take the sparkling plunge.

It’s The Best Of Both Worlds

We all would like to eat and drink more healthily. Some of us do it a lot better than others, but those of us who struggle with consuming too much sugar certainly don’t do it out of spite. Heck, it’s just not that easy.

That’s where the brilliance of a drink such as seltzer comes into the mix. It provides the perfect compromise, the perfect middle ground. It’s sugarless and super healthy just like regular water, but it has a kick of carbonation that makes it more interesting and “fun” to drink.

For some people who love fizzy drinks, this extra kick really means the world. You’d be surprised just how much of a difference it can make when you’re “settling” for seltzer when you’d rather drink something sweeter. Sure, it might not have that sugar kick, but when you’re craving it badly, it’s a heck of a lot better than boring old water.
