Vegan Panna Cotta with berry coulis ❤️ Recipe below. This makes for a sweet creamy treat served perfect chilled which is perfect for summer 🍓🍓🍓 . Panna Cotta base ingredients: 2 cans coconut milk 3 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp agar agar 1 tsp vanilla essence . Berry coulis ingredients: 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 cup frozen strawberries 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp beetroot powder 1 tsp lemon juice ½ cup water . Method 1. In a pan, heat the coconut milk and sugar and bring to boil. Just before boil whisk in agar agar. Lower the heat and whisk for another 3 minutes. Add the vanilla at this stage. 2. Pour into your serving glass, cover in cling film and place in the fridge. 3. Prepare berry coulis by adding berries, sugar, beetroot powder, lemon juice, and water into a pan. Heat on a medium heat for 15 minutes occasionally stiring. 4.When coulis is ready, take off heat and leave in a bowl to cool down. 5. When the coconut mixture and coulis has cooled you are ready to serve. Add the coulis to the jar and serve with your favourite fruits.
