Ingredients:
Dough:
- 1 cup warm milk (about 115°F)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1 teaspoon salt
Filling:
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Frosting:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions:
- Whisk warm milk, yeast, and sugar and let the mixture foam. Add eggs, melted butter, then flour and salt. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Then, let it rise until doubled.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Roll the risen dough, spread with butter, and top with sugar mix and vanilla. Roll up the dough and cut into slices.
- Place the rolls in a greased dish, and let rise for 30 min.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- In the meantime, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla for frosting.
- Cool rolls slightly, frost, and enjoy!
