Tasty and Refreshing Avocado Tartar Recipe

Cut up approximately as many avocados as half the amount people at the table. Then, for the taste, add very finely diced red onion, cilantro, two lime’s worth of juice, salt, and pepper.

Mash-up all of the components and stir together to make sure all of the components are even.

This dish is very versatile and can be eaten with a variety of seafood and bread. We strongly recommend spreading the tartar on bread or crackers with lox and capers. You can also eat this as a spread below seafood.

The avocado tartar is an acidic and more flavorful take on the mashed up avocados on avocado toast but is still equally easy to make. If you like spice you can also add some hot sauce of your choice to the mix!
