Nature’s cereal experienced a huge rise in popularity on TikTok after “Truth Hurts” singer Lizzo said she’s addicted to it. Users on this social media app immediately went crazy for this new viral trend, and you can only benefit from trying it yourself.

Nature’s cereal is extremely nutritious, and eating it first thing in the morning can lead to an amazing energy boost. Like the majority of TikTok food trends, it’s visually appealing and easy to recreate, but unlike many of them, it also happens to be incredibly healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries to a bowl of medium size. Top them with pomegranate seeds.
  2. Pour coconut water over the fruit mixture.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes to the mix, stir all the ingredients together, and enjoy a refreshing and healthy bowl of cereal for breakfast.
