Ingredients:
- Versatile spice blend of choice- we recommend lemon pepper or chili lime
- 3 garlic cloves or minced garlic
- s and p to taste
- avocado oil
- fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Place your salmon on top of some tin foil and line it with your toaster oven baking tray
- Coat the fish with oil until it is fully coated, then add your spices and garlic on top
- Cook in the toaster on high for 12-15 minutes
- Let the fish cool and add fresh herbs
- Serve with a side of rice and steamed veggies and enjoy!
