Some people live a gluten-free lifestyle by choice, and others have to do it for medical reasons. Whatever your reason is, there are easy ways to trade out your normal gluten foods for gluten-free substitutions. Here is a short list of ways to keep all the flavor in your dishes but take out the gluten.
Noodles for Zoodles
Zoodles are noodles that are made from vegetables! So not only are these gluten-free, they will also help you get more vegetables into your diet. All you have to do is pick a vegetable, put it through a spiralizer, and you have perfect gluten-free noodles. You can try these with zucchini, beets, carrots, or sweet potatoes.

Quinoa For Oats
Quinoa is really a seed not a grain, which means it is completely gluten-free. You can really use it at any time of the day; instead of oatmeal at breakfast, mixed into black bean burgers, or eaten in a salad.

Cloud Bread
This “bread” actually doesn’t use any type of flour, only eggs! All you have to do it separate the yolks and whites, mix together the yolks with salt and either cream cheese or another dairy product. Then, whip the egg whites until peaks form, fold in the yolks, put dollops of the mixture onto a cookie sheet, and bake!
