Healthy Smoothie

Another great and fast idea for a good breakfast is a smoothie. This is the best option for busy people. You can mix and match vegetables, fruit, nuts, and everything that works for you. Green smoothies are the healthiest ones, so make sure you drink some of those once in a while.

Eggs

Nothing beats eggs for breakfast. They are so versatile, that you can find a different way to prepare them every day. Whether it’s an avocado toast, or you have them hard-boiled, it will be both healthy and tasty.
