Ingredients (serves 2):
- 4 slices of white bread
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 4 slices of topside beef
- 1 tablespoon of horseradish
- 2 handfuls of green salad leaves
Instructions:
- Butter the bread, and then spread the horseradish thinly over each slice.
- Layer up the beef and top with the salad leaves.
- This sandwich goes great with boiled or fried potatoes, or alongside a sumptuous fall salad.
