Hamburger Stroganoff is a Great Dinner Choice

Hamburger stroganoff is a simple, delicious recipe that is also the perfect dinner idea.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 o-oz package fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • fresh chopped parsley

Hamburger Stroganoff ➡️Ingredients 8 ounces uncooked medium egg noodles 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 pound ground beef, extra lean 1 cup prechopped onion 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic 1 (8-ounce) package presliced cremini mushrooms 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium beef broth 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream 1 tablespoon dry sherry 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Make Easy Crockpot Beef & Potato Stew ➡️Preparation 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain. 2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef to pan; cook 4 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms to pan; cook 4 minutes or until most of liquid evaporates, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute or until slightly thick. Stir in salt and pepper. 3. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and sherry. Serve over pasta. Instructions:

  1. Set the stove to medium-high heat and start cooking the beef together with the garlic and onion.
  2. When the meat is done, in around 5 to 6 minutes, you can remove the fat.
  3. While you’re cooking make sure that you divide it into small pieces.
  4. Set the heat to medium and include the mushrooms to the mix. Cook for 5 to 6 more minutes.
  5. Now, add the flour, but do 1 tablespoon at a time, while also mixing right after each tablespoon.
  6. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, and beef broth. Mix again.
  7. Set the heat to medium-high and wait for the mixture to start boiling.
  8. Pour in the noodles, add the lid and let it simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. When the noodles are done remove the liquid.
  9. Take off the lid and continue cooking for several more minutes.
  10. Take the pot away from the heat, and include the sour cream. Mix everything and serve the hamburger stroganoff topped off with parsley.
