Fall Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Deliciousness

It’s autumn, which means it’s time for everything pumpkin spice. If you love chocolate chip cookies, this recipe adds the most popular fall spice to them. That way you get the best out of the season and of your favorite dessert.

Ingredients:

When you decide to make these delicious pumpkin chocolate chip cookies you have to grab:
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. unsalted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. pumpkin puree
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

TAKE ✌ PUMPKIN SPICE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES ___________________________ ▪crispy▪chewy▪vegan▪ 🌟 Rating: 8.5/10 🌟 ___________________________ 🎃 RECIPE: – Preheat oven to 350° F – Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper (or a silicone baking mat) • 3/4 c. Coconut oil • 1/2 c. Brown sugar • 1/2 c. Date sugar (can substitute either brown sugar, white sugar, or any granulated sugar you have on hand should be fine) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/8 c. Molasses • 1/2 c. Pumpkin puree – Mix together these first 6 ingredients until well combined with no sugar clumps remaining. Set aside. • 1 & 1/4 c. Flour (I used @bobsredmill All Purpose) • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice + extra cinnamon if that's your style- it's definitely mine😉) – Now whisk together all these dry ingredients until well combined. – Add the dry mix to the wet mix and stir until well combined. + chocolate chips (as many as your heart desires) – Stir in the chocolate chips, and place cookie dough balls onto your cookie sheet. – Bake at 350° for 11 minutes – ENJOY🍪 ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ ▪ This is a recreation of the cookie recipe a couple of posts back. How To Make Them:

The time you’ll need to make the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies is around 15 minutes for prep and an hour overall.

First, preheat the oven to 375°. Get a bowl and put the pumpkin spice, baking soda, flour, and salt in.

Grab a second one and place the butter and sugars in and mix them. Beat the eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla extract, then add the mixture in the first bowl. Beat until you get an even mixture.

When you do add the chocolate chips. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for half an hour. You can start placing your cookies on the baking sheets and bake them for 12-15 minutes.
