“When I touch my knife, my mind gives up to the heart and transmits directly to the hands, giving different forms to the decorations. It’s like magic,” Barresi writes on Bored Panda.
He spent most of his life in an Italian small town where he was free to explore the nature surrounding it. This fueled his imagination and inspired him to create art from natural materials, such as food. Over time, he practiced his skills and transformed into a professional carver.
