Are you looking for a scrumptious meal to surprise your loved ones with after a long, tiring day? Well, these coconut-lime chicken wings are sure to do the trick. Here’s how to cook up some delectable coconut-lime chicken wings that are sure to satisfy your family’s tastebuds.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3/4 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Put the chicken wings in a large bowl along with baking powder and 2 teaspoons of salt.
  2. Toss well, and then place the wings on a large baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray the sheet with cooking spray on either side.
  4. Bake the wings for 40 to 50 minutes, until crispy.
  5. Once the wings are almost ready, pour the honey, lime juice, milk, paprika, and remaining salt into a small pot and cook over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Place the baked wings into a broiler. Pour the glaze over and baste the wings generously.
  7. Broil until bubbling, for 1 or 2 minutes.
  8. Arrange the wings on a platter and drizzle in lime juice.

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Celery sticks, for serving
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing, for serving

Instructions:

  7. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce, and serve hot with celery sticks, and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
