When it comes to stopping by our favorite coffee places in the morning, so many of us do it out of routine at this point. As a result, it can be very easy to fall back to our guilty pleasures, such as sweet frappuccinos, or other sugary drinks. When it comes to Starbucks, however, there are many different healthier drink alternatives you can go for, and here are a couple of them.
Unsweetened Iced Coffee
If you really need coffee, we don’t blame you. It can be pretty darn addicting and hard to kick if you’re used to it every single morning, but that doesn’t mean you have to order it with sugar. Opt for an unsweetened iced coffee, which will give you the kick you need to start the day without any of the unnecessary sweetness.
Unsweetened Iced Tea
The same rule applies to tea. Tea, however, is even healthier than all forms of coffee, so if you order an unsweetened tea for yourself, it’s just about the healthiest drink you can get at Starbucks (other than a plain old glass of water). The best part is that there are so many different kinds of tea flavors that Starbucks has, from mango dragonfruit refresher to regular old green tea.
