Apple Cider Mimosas are Your New Fall Drink

Mimosas are a brunch staple. As the weather gets colder, and fall comes in at full swing, it’s time to put a fall twist on the classic citrus cocktail.

To make your mimosas more seasonally appropriate, try apple cider mimosas. The rich taste of fall comes through ever sip of this cocktail, which even has a cinnamon-sugar rim—Yum!

Here’s how to make apple cider mimosas.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 bottle bubbly

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon on a small plate and dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rims before dipping them into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  2. Fill four champagne flutes 1/4 full with apple cider then top with champagne.
