]]>Lightly oil a section of foil, then place the fish in the center of it. Drizzle a little more oil over the fish, and some lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Wrap tightly, and then bake in an oven heated to 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes, until the flesh is firm and white all the way through.
Heat a little oil in an iron skillet or non-stick pan, over medium heat. Place the fish down and let it cook on each side for around 5 minutes. Take care that it doesn’t burn. You can season it in the pan, or just after it’s cooked.
Grilling really brings the best out of fish and meat products. Heat a grill to a high heat, brush the fish with oil on both sides and grill for around 6 minutes on each side.
