]]>To make vegan banana ice cream, peel two or three bananas and slice them. Then line the banana slices on a baking sheet and pop them in the freezer. Leave them for at least an hour inside so they can get thoroughly frozen.
Take the frozen banana slices and put them in a food processor. Blend them until you get a smooth, ice-cream-like consistency. You can also use a regular blender but expect the ice cream to be chunkier.
You can immediately start eating your ice cream or transfer them to containers and pop them in a freezer for half an hour to harden.
If the banana flavor isn’t hitting the sweet spot, you can simply add some maple syrup alongside frozen banana slices before blending. This will make your vegan ice cream even more similar to the real thing.
