If you’re looking for a tasty and healthy alternative to traditional wings, teriyaki cauliflower wings are a must-try. They’re crispy, flavorful, and drenched in a delicious homemade teriyaki sauce. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or even a main dish, these cauliflower wings will satisfy your cravings without the guilt.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  3. Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. While the cauliflower is baking, warm the teriyaki sauce in a small saucepan. If you like, add soy sauce for extra depth. Once the cauliflower is done, toss the florets in the warm teriyaki sauce until fully coated.
  5. Arrange the teriyaki cauliflower wings on a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
