If you love cheese, you’re in for a treat. Get ready for a fun adventure, because we’re about to travel to a handful of European countries and learn about some of their best cheeses. Some of them you’ll know quite well, while others may require you to do some research. But one thing we can reassure you of is that they’re all delicious!

Brie

We figured we’d start things off with one of our favorite cheeses of all time: the amazing Brie. Creamy, scrumptious, and amazing when paired with wine, this French cheese is simply perfect in every way.

Parmesan

Parmesan is one of the most popular cheeses in the entire world, and for good reason. It offers a delicate yet powerful kick, which is why it’s often used as a topping of sorts. But let’s be real, it’s delicious no matter how you eat it.

Mozzarella

In addition to Parmesan, Italy is also well known for Mozzarella, which is probably the most popular cheese on the planet. Best added to dishes like pizza, Mozzarella is a classic for a reason, and it’ll probably never go away.

Tête de Moine

For our last cheese, we thought we’d travel to Switzerland and introduce you to a delicacy you may never have heard of. Tête de Moine has a unique flavor but also a special way of being presented. It’s cut in extremely thin slices and twisted around like a flower, making for an all-around amazing culinary experience.

For all the ones who’ve been searching for healthy but tasty recipes, this one will have you super-excited. If you didn’t know that you can make rice from broccoli, let me tell you that you can. This recipe will teach you how to make the best garlic parmesan broccoli rice.

Ingredients:

The ingredient list is made of the following:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 chopped head broccoli
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

As you can see, you probably already have all of this in your fridge. So you can start making the garlic Parmesan broccoli rice right away.

How To Make It:

Grab your food processor and ingredients and we can begin. Place the broccoli pieces inside the processor and start pulsing.

When that’s done, place the pan you’ll use over medium heat. Add some garlic and oil and leave it for 30 seconds.

During the following step, you should add the broccoli rice, pepper, and salt. Cook them for 5 minutes.

To make things even better add the Parmesan and mix everything very well. You can always add some extra cheese on top for an even more supreme taste.

Your delicious meal is ready, and all under half an hour!
