With 300,000 Instagram followers and counting, Lauren Ko is one of Instagram’s most popular pie makers. Her pies are instantly recognizable, because she uses naturally-colored dough and wide range of vibrant fruits and veggies to create something truly amazing.
I I organized my freezer recently and unearthed a number of dough bits and ends. I usually wrap and freeze scraps to roll out one more time, and since I had a handful, I gently pressed them together to unfurl into this marbled pie-dye canvas. Then I stuffed the pie with @thekitchenista’s magic-making balsamic strawberry blackberry filling.
