There are so many cheeses out there these days, but one that stands out from the crowd is the creamy, rich, and tangy goat cheese. So many people are a huge fan of this unique cheese, but you may be struggling to think of how to use it. Here are three tasty meals using this wonderful ingredient.

In a Salad

Goat cheese is a great cheese for a salad, as it brings so much flavor. An ideal combination is chopped beetroot, arugula, finely sliced red onion, and some toasted walnuts. Drizzle with a balsamic vinaigrette for extra decadence, and serve with some crusty bread.

On a Pizza

This cheese works amazing when scattered across a pizza. You can usually buy ready-made pizza bases to add your own toppings. Try a tomato base with some spinach, onion chutney, and goat cheese for a super satisfying and easy dinner.

Stirred into Pasta

You don’t need much goat cheese here to produce a delicious result. While your pasta is cooking, fry up some onion, zucchini, and bell pepper. When the pasta is cooked, add the veg and some goat’s cheese to the pan and stir until the cheese has melted and blended throughout.
