Ingredients:

• 1 pound sliced strawberries
• 1 thinly sliced lemon
• 1 cup fresh mint leaves
• 750 millilitres dry white wine
• 12 ounces soda water
• 2 ounces simple syrup
• 2 ounces St. Germain

Instructions:

1. Mash half the strawberries and half the mint in a cocktail shaker, then add simple syrup and continue stirring until the strawberries are broken down.
2. Pour ice into a pitcher and add the strawberry syrup. Top up with the wine, St. Germain, and lemon juice.
3. Stir well and add the lemon slices, remaining strawberries, and mint.

Last year, the famous soda manufacturer released its first new flavor in more than 10 years, Orange Vanilla Coke, and the fact that they already have another one may mean that we can expect more fun and exciting flavors in the future.

For now, it’s not clear whether the Strawberry Cola will come to the U.S. and around the world, but we definitely hope that it will. The new flavor is currently available in Hong Kong and the company known for having limited editions that aren’t available worldwide. There’s plenty of time until summer and we hope that we’ll all get the chance to try it.
