Back in October 2019, a mysterious Instagram account Park Row London published nine images that together spelled the words “PARK ROW” without explaining the meaning of it. The account’s activity continued on February 12th with six more images that show the interior of a new restaurant with a penguin ice sculpture in the center. The account simply wrote “The Iceberg Lounge” and tagged the official DC Comics Instagram account along with a hashtag #ThePengun, which made us think it has something to do with the Batman movies.

We were right: the images actually show the inside of a new, Batman-themed restaurant that will open in London later this year.

“The restaurant will be rooted within the DC Multiverse, taking visitors on a culinary adventure through the many fictional Universes famous for their superhero residents such as Batman, Superman and Wonderwoman,” a source told Eater London. The restaurant will “invite guests to experience the DC Universe without breaking the fourth wall—the imaginary wall that separates the audience from the performance.”

Tom’s Diner recently printed a receipt on which they listed the charged items: $2.99 for side mashed potatoes, $9 for chicken tenders basket, and $0.38 for one stupid question. Yes, it really happened, as Reddit users confirmed below the post where the photo of the receipt was shared. “Used to work at this spot. Tickets for the stupid question go through to the kitchen as well lol,” a Reddit user wrote in the comment section.

Well, if they have to charge for stupid questions, 38 cents seem like an appropriate amount. It’s not a lot so the customers will probably laugh it off, but in case someone asks a lot of questions, it can add up.

We’re still not sure who determines when a question is stupid. It seems like the judgment is subjective and depends on the mood of the person serving you that particular day. You should probably just avoid asking stupid questions, just in case.
