]]>There are tons of different fish you can use for the poke, and the most popular ones are salmon, tuna, and octopus. Whichever fish/seafood you choose will be delicious. Cut the sushi-grade fish into 1/4 inch cubes and place it into a bowl. Add enough chopped onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil to coat the fish. Then add spices like crushed red pepper, Siracha sauce, or wasabi paste. Stir everything together and refrigerate it until you’re ready to serve.
